Master Tech Auto Service

Master Tech saved my ass this past winter when my radiator blew. I've since then only gone to them with any car work I've needed done. I drive all over the midwest for work so I tend to need to send my cars in more often than most. There's a group of really nice and knowledgeable people working at this shop and I cant believe how fortunate I was to find them in my time of need.

As a truck driver, I know firsthand just how important reliable transportation is. I brought my 2018 Dodge Journey to Master Tech Auto Service, and Joe did an absolutely incredible job. The shop offers great communication and honest pricing done right. Right there on the computer, they show you exactly what the parts will cost, and they even offer a clear payment plan if you need it. Joe is a true master technician. He went above and beyond by test driving my vehicle afterward to check behind his work and ensure everything was running perfectly. That extra step gave me total peace of mind. If you want better service and complete transparency, go see Joe!

I had an excellent experience with Master Tech Auto for my GMC Yukon AT4. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and easy to work with. What stood out the most was their honesty — they took the time to properly assess my vehicle without trying to upsell unnecessary services or misdiagnose the issue. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and integrity. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. Joe, in particular, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ll absolutely be returning for future service and won’t hesitate to recommend Joe and his team to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled automotive service, this is the place to go! Thank you, Joe and team, sending you all nothing but God‘s blessings and protection, in all the labour intensive work that you do!

Joe and his team were super kind and helpful I’m very glad I came here and not anywhere else. They took me in the same day I called and went straight to the point and got me taken care of. The owner (Joe) is very honest and passionate about his business. Thank you again!

From the time my check engine light came on in early March to the end of March, it has been a logistic nightmare trying to diagnose the problem and find someone who could help me. I work daily. I called his office on Friday and told him I had to be at work by 10:00 am on Saturday. He offered for me to come in at 7:30 am the next day and got the service done within an hour. Because of him, I was also able to drive to church on Easter Sunday. Many businesses treat you like a dollar sign, but rarely will you find business owners that actually care about the customer and treat them with the respect and urgency they deserve.
